The Client agrees that LTC HELPING HANDS, LLC shall not be liable for delays, denials, or decisions made by governmental agencies or third parties.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. The Client remains responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.

NO GUARANTEE OF BENEFITS

The Company cannot guarantee Medicaid approval, eligibility determination, or benefit outcomes. All decisions regarding eligibility and approval are made by the appropriate governmental agencies.
